Getting Kids On Board

Gone Boarding is rooted in the belief that board sports culture, built on creativity, resilience, and looking out for one another, belongs to every kid in our community. Our students give that culture forward through mentorship and volunteerism, partnering with local elementary and middle schools to put a board under the feet of the next generation. We're not just building boards at Wheat Ridge High School; we're building community, one ride at a time.

First Push Syndicate

Through our partnership with First Push Syndicate, we're putting skateboards, helmets, and pads into local P.E. programs and sending Gone Boarding students along with them. Every kid deserves a first push, and we're making sure it comes with the gear, the guidance, and someone in their corner who genuinely loves this sport.

Dumpster Divers

Through the Dumpster Divers program, we partner with Board Pusher to rescue factory reject skate decks and put them to work as canvases. These boards didn't pass inspection, but they're perfect for a kid with a paintbrush and a big idea. We send them free of charge to local elementary and middle schools and let the art do the rest.

B.R.E.A.D.

B.R.E.A.D. — Board Riders Engineering and Design —is where the Board Factory meets the world. Our student riders organize grassroots meetups across the region, mentoring new riders on the pavement, the snow, and the water, and volunteering at community events as proud ambassadors for the program and the culture that built them. They are living proof that this sport grows best when you bring people in
